Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund.

To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact for details) within 14 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to Wolfrace.co.uk, unused in its original packaging or similar packaging, together with the receipt or we can arrange collection at the cost to the consumer. You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within 14 days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner. Warranty

All wheels come with at least a years warranty. Full details of warranty can be found on the link below. You can also extend the warranty when you register your Wolfrace Wheels after purchase.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Tyre Warranty

Tyre manufacturer must establish liability in order for Wolfrace.co.uk to warrant a tyre. If a tyre is deemed warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit will be raised, which will be in full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth. We would ask customers to understand the need for proper tyre examination by the manufacturer before establishing liability to replace the tyre. It is not therefore possible to resolve tyre problems on the spot.

Before Fitting

We advise that you check for correct equipment, condition, fittings and tyre directions prior to external fitting. If for any reason a wheel or tyre is damaged or the incorrect size or if you think there may be a problem, do not fit to your vehicle, do not drive on it, do not fit tyres if wheels only. Contact Wolfrace.co.uk immediately. Wolfrace.co.uk will not be held liable for any external charges.

We advise a test fit and that you thoroughly check the alloy wheels, prior to mounting tyres for wheels only packages. Failure to include car details (make, model, version, year and original tyre size) at checkout may invalidate any claim.
